August 7 – Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has slashed the prices of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) by Rs25 per cylinder.

With the revision, a cooking gas cylinder now costs Rs 1,375  according to NOC. On other hand, NOC has raised the prices of petrol , diesel and kerosene. With the revision in fuel price, petrol now costs Rs 109 per litre and diesel and kerosene each costs Rs 97 per litre.
